Shipping Policy

 

All orders placed on our website require a processing time of 10-15 business days before they are shipped. This processing period allows us to carefully craft your unit to perfection. Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic (Within the U.S.): 3-5 business days

• International: 5-7 business days

 

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

 

Shipping & Returns Disclaimers

 

Shipping:

1. Order Changes: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any modifications, including changes to the delivery address, shipping method, or items within the order.

2. Address Accuracy: Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses and cannot offer replacements or refunds in these cases.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages: After your order has been shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery process. If you suspect your package is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping courier to file a claim.

4. Delivered but Not Received: If your tracking information shows that your package has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local post office to file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for orders that have been scanned as delivered.

5. Tracking Information: Tracking numbers will be included in your shipping confirmation email, which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Because our wigs are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions.

 

Exchanges:

 

We only accept exchanges if the wig arrives damaged due to our error.

1. Return Shipping Costs: If an exchange is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide a return label via email, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or exchange value.

2. Proof of Return: If returning a product, you must provide a tracking number as proof of shipment. We cannot process refunds or exchanges until the returned item has been received.
